During our much-loved coffee hour, both new and long-time parishioners, as well as younger and older members of the community, feel welcome to sit down with each other and share ideas.

St. Francis Day is always a joyful and much-loved celebration in our church community. In honor of Saint Francis of Assisi, we invite everyone to bring their beloved pets—whether furry, feathered, or scaled—for a special blessing, followed by our regular service.

Our annual “Grillin’ & Chillin’” summer cookout is a favorite tradition, bringing the parish and the Livingston community together in our side yard for an afternoon of good food, music, and relaxed fellowship.

St. Andrew’s annual boat float invites parishioners to spend the day on the Yellowstone River enjoying God’s creation in fellowship and fun.  With stops on the banks for lunch or exploration.  We let the river gently take us from put in to take out. Whether bringing your own boat or finding a seat on others’ boats, all are welcome to join.

In a loud and frantic world, a time of quiet, contemplation and restoration for your spirit. Quarterly we have a contemplative, meditative candlelit service with music from monastic community of Taize.

An episcopal Christmas tradition, Montana style.  Weather pending St. Andrews invites the community to gather around the fire pit in the play yard, drink hot chocolate, sing carols, and listen to readings from the scriptures.  A festive evening of celebration.

During the darkest time of the year let hope guide you to the coming of the light. Our Christmas Eve service is a traditional Anglican Worship that is open to all. 

Enjoy an evening of great food and fellowship at our annual Chili Supper. The Vestry prepares a wonderful variety of homemade chilis, offering something for every taste. Gather with friends, family, and neighbors to share a meal, build community, and enjoy a warm and welcoming church tradition.

Join us as we commemorate Maundy Thursday, the day Christians remember Jesus’ Last Supper with His disciples and His commandment to love and serve one another. Our observance includes a Middle Eastern potluck meal, a brief service and prayers led by the Rector, and the meaningful tradition of foot washing, reflecting Christ’s example of humility, service, and love as we prepare for the events of Good Friday and Easter.

Celebrate the beginning of Holy Week with our special Palm Sunday service. Together we create crosses from palm branches and then joyfully process around the block, sharing the message and celebration of Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Rain, shine, or snow, we gather in faith and community before returning for worship. All are welcome to join this cherished tradition.

In the parish’s outdoor space, known as St. Andrews Yard, children fill their Easter baskets at this annual event.

As part of our Season of Creation, sewers gather twice a year to make Boomerang bags, reusable grocery bags made from recycled fabric. Our sewers have made over 1000 bags for the community!

This is an annual spring event where quilters from parishes around the state gather at the Dioceses’ Camp Marshall, on Flathead Lake, to make quilts for children of incarcerated parents who attend the summer “Grace Camp”.

A non-profit soup kitchen in Livingston, serving the Lord’s Hungry free of charge. St Andrew’s provides a meal the first Saturday of every month, cooking during the day and all are welcome to serve.

A non-profit food bank that provides nutritional security for those in need, provided a food pantry, free summer lunches, holiday support, supper clubs and more. Parishioners regularly volunteer with a number of their programs.

Livingston Meals on Wheels provides Livingston, MT and Shields Valley, MT with delivered meals on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. They also serve meals in their dining room from 12-12:15pm every weekday.
